Join A Friend in Need, a program where people can come as they are, be met with compassion, and can help them find companionship and support. Whether it's going on a walk through the park, sitting down for a chat, or helping pass out supply bags to the homeless, A Friend in Need is here to help you make meaningful connections with others.

Bipoc meditation group

This meditation program is centered around BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), it is designed to address the stress of being a person of color in America. The program provides a safe and comfortable space for individuals to come together and meditate. These meditations are structured to help individuals to love and accept themselves, their experiences, and their identity. Group discussions and reflections follow the guided meditations. The program enables participants to overcome the impact of trauma and empowers them to move forward.
