  • Because our offerings are made in small batches and assembled by hand, all sales are considered final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

    For health and safety reasons, tea, consumable items, and personal care products cannot be returned. Unused, non-consumable items may be eligible for exchange on a case-by-case basis.

    We ask that you contact us before sending anything back, so we can support you thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary waste.

  • Yes. Friends of the Lotus is open to anyone who feels drawn to practice in community. There are no prerequisites — just a willingness to arrive with curiosity and respect.

  • No experience is needed for beginning meditation. Our gatherings are open to beginners and longtime practitioners alike. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

  • Yes. Everything we offer is assembled by our hands in small batches. While we do our best to maintain consistency, each piece reflects the care and attention of the moment in which it was made.

  • Our candles do best when burned thoughtfully — trim the wick before lighting, allow the wax to melt evenly, and never leave them unattended.
    Tea and other ritual items should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture. Simple care helps preserve their quality and intention over time.

  • No. Prices are never included in the package, making it easy to send an order as a gift.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to include a short note or message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.

  • Yes. Orders can be sent directly to someone you care about. Enter their name and shipping address at checkout, and we’ll prepare and ship it with care.
